Shipping policy

At Omi Eyewear, we are committed to delivering Luxury handcrafted eyewear with care, efficiency, and transparency. Please allow 1–2 business days to process your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

For all UK orders, we ship via Royal Mail Tracked. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days from the dispatch date. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or may be offered free for eligible orders.

For customers within Europe, we offer tracked international shipping. Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery. Import duties, VAT, and other customs-related charges may apply depending on your country. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

We also ship worldwide to most international destinations using tracked courier services. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days depending on location. As with European orders, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as Omi Eyewear cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. While we do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occur due to customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
